CHALLENGE
A small biopharmaceutical company needed support to meet requirements of its Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) and Independent Review Organization (IRO), execute policies and processes, create and execute training, and provide ongoing staff augmentation to execute operational support of compliance program.

APPROACH
• Provided staff member as point of contact to assist with the CIA and IRO requirements as well as day to day operations of Compliance program.
• Executed monitoring and auditing to meet the requirements of the CIA and compiled summary reports.
• Created and delivered compliance training to new hires including specific areas of operations as well as general compliance training to new hires.
